SEOUL, Sept. 26 (Xinhua) -- The government of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) has invited a group of 150 SouthKorean journalists to visit a DPRK border city next month, South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported Tuesday.
According to the report, the South Korean reporters would pay aone-day visit to DPRK's border city of Kaesong, where the inter-Korean industrial complex is, on Oct.18.
It would be the largest press tour by South Korean reporters tothe DPRK this year.
Kaesong's industrial complex is symbol of the inter-Korean cooperation. According to the South Korean Unification Ministry, nearly 8,300 DPRK employees are now working in 13 companies operating in the joint industrial complex as of the end of August. Enditem
